Welcome to Durian Day By using our website, mobile app, or any related services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:

If under 18, supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and availability of all products, especially perishable goods like durians. However, due to the natural variability of fruit, actual product appearance may vary slightly.
5. Orders & Payment
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders will only be processed after we receive a successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
6. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available in selected areas. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for details.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors.
For fresh durians, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are not liable for spoilage due to failed delivery attempts.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of durians, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If there is a quality issue (e.g. damaged, spoiled, or wrong item), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and at our discretion.
Non-perishable products may be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy if applicable.
8. Promotions & Vouchers
Promo codes are valid for a limited time and subject to specific terms.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to cancel promotions or vouchers at any time without prior notice.
9. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
Upload or distribute malicious content
Attempt to interfere with platform functionality or security
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including logos, images, text, product designs) is owned by Durian Day or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any losses due to delays, spoilage, or user misuse
Any third-party delivery partner errors or failures
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
