Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Durian Day. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality durians and related products right to your doorstep. To ensure the best experience, please review our delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to selected areas within the Klang Valley. Delivery to other areas of Peninsular Malaysia will be gradually introduced in phases.

At the moment, delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is not available due to durian freshness and airfreight restrictions.


2. Delivery Schedule

  • Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Sat), depending on product availability and delivery location.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays, unless stated otherwise during special campaigns.


3. Freshness & Packaging

  • All durians are carefully selected, vacuum packed, or sealed in odor-proof boxes to maintain freshness and avoid leakage of smell during transit.

  • For whole fruit delivery, we recommend same-day delivery to preserve the best taste.

  • Frozen or vacuum-packed durians are delivered with cooling packs when necessary.


4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier and same-day delivery service providers such as Lalamove, GrabExpress, and cold-chain logistics partners to ensure safe and fast delivery.


5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges vary based on location, weight, and product type.

  • The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free delivery may apply for selected promotions or minimum spend.


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, weather, traffic, high-demand seasons (e.g. durian peak), or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and will notify you in advance where possible.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts


If the recipient is unavailable during the agreed delivery time:

  • A re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Perishable products (like fresh durians) cannot be refunded or replaced if spoiled due to failed delivery.


8. Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up is available at our designated collection points.

Details and operating hours will be provided during checkout or via WhatsApp confirmation.
